After catching nothing on the Manasquan Inlet north jetty for 6 consecutive trips from 11/19/2015, I caught a 32" fish on my first cast yesterday with a small white shad. After I gaffed it, the hook broke off from my lure. A guy with an Eastern European accent came over and asked if he could take a picture. I said yes, then he took pics of my lure, not me or my fish. If I see him again, I will give him my lure and see if he figures out that the hook is missing.

Caught a hickory shad the next night and a 25" bass on my tenth cast yesterday.
