Raritan river 12/6/15:
 

Started up at the Headgates and got one rainbow trout. Wilson and I then tried the shale flats, nothing, but I did pick up another rainbow trout at Nevius Street.
Wilson split and I tried a few spots around Somerville, nothing. Continuing my work on a back eddy in Somerville, think I got 6 but have to back for a few more. All trout released.

As usual , ur tire to fish ratio is bout five to one!!! Gr8 report as usual big guy!,! I dont think the weather could have been any better for ANY fall day , let alone two plus weeks from christmas....I definately missed the ball by not fishing at all during this fair weather december....Thats ok, I plan on goin during the rain next week:D

Great catching and clean up at the same time. Wonder what will swim up or down this winter once we get some more rain! River is getting better and better! You da man Cap'n!!!!!!!:D

Raritan bows r hungry!!! Had one smack a 6in. Sebile magic swimmer!!! N sumthin toothy ate off the tail on a storm shad.. there should b sum nice holdovers this spring..see ya round bud!!!!
