AHH Puebla Bonita! Very Nice. I was just at Playa Grande last week of October. Had a nice Jack Crevalle in the surf on a Cabo Killer. What did u get the Sierra's on?

I used 3oz diamond jigs. Cast out as far as you can and then wind in as fast as you can. Just wondering ... Did we meet you on the plane 2 years ago in October?? We met a couple going to Playa Grande who fished. We were going to Sunset then too!

Possibly, you do look familiar. We go the last week in Oct every year.

Do u use wire leader for the Sierra's?

Hi to another Cabo fisherman!

No wire leader...I use 50lb. fluoro carbon; 24 inch leader. We do
great off the beach in am (6-8am). Note: this is in February when the
water is cooler.. When we go October/November it is for dorado on a
boat..
anyway, the staff at Sunset make us excellent ceviche! You should try
February sometime! Excellent fishing..we go for 3 weeks!
