Some recent builds and new product offerings Synit and United Composites

Hey Guys,

I am glad the season is in full swing after the brutal winter we had. I am looking forward to this summer season. Lots of trips planned and hopefully lots of fish waiting to be caught. I have been super busy here at the shop catching up with orders after a couple of setbacks earlier this spring.

I am very happy to announce that I was one of just two custom rod builders in The USA to have access to Synit rod blanks. These are some of the most advanced blanks in the world, combining cutting edge design and materials to create blanks that are unlike any others I have ever handled. I plan on getting my first shipment of blanks within the next 4-6 weeks. Some blanks are already claimed but I do have several that are available for custom builds. This first order will consist of all jigging and popping blanks for tuna, amberjack and other game fish, however they also have stuff that will work great for our inshore fisheries like stripers, false albacore/bonita, weakfish among others. If you are looking for something to jig or pop tuna this summer check these out you will not be disappointed!

Another new product I am offering is the Challenger Elite series of blanks from United Composites. This line has recently been expanded to include a wide variety of lengths and line classes. What is so amazing about the Challenger Elite range of blanks is their unique dual helix graphite and E glass construction creates a durable, powerful and lightweight blank, with a great bend at a fraction of the weight of other composite blanks.

Also wanted to showcase some of the builds I have completed recently. I want to remind everyone that I don't just do fancy builds I also build bare bones rods that are designed with one thing in mind catching lots of fish!
