Fishermen/Not a single reading......
 

Left Staten Island this morning at 8:00am... had the last of the incoming tide, water temp 42.7 degrees all the way out the channel. Never had a reading of Bait or fish the whole way home.
I went into the shallow water a bit then back through the channel...Nadda!
With that being said, I think we will wait until the 18th to start fishing.

Looks like a late one Capt. Ron. Going to be hectic when they arrive. Your going to have a good season I just have the feeling. Patience is the one virtue you have lol:)

Thanks for the scouting report Ron, they will show soon I hope, I'm chomping at the bit to Catch a Striper to shake this winter crap. My boat should be ready soon.

Can't wait Ron.. Praying for a great season... I'm going to Church tomorrow, gonna say a prayer. If the windows don't explode and the building calaps on me, I'll take that as a good sighn :D
