we got the season going today. It was

real nice day out on the ocean to start things

out. Fishing wasn't great, but everyone did

manage to get some bites. We had a bunch of short

cod, a few keepers and some nice ling mixed in. We

also had a couple of blackfish. A couple of places had

some decent perch life. The water is still a bit chilly,

it only has one dirrection to go and that is to warm up.

We will be headed out again tomorrow at 7am. Hope
