Broken pin on Fishfinder

I'm looking for someone local to Monmouth County that can repair my fishfinder. It's a Lowrance Elite 5 DSI and one of the pins , for the cable connector, on the unit broke off. I know this isn't a DIY fix in that it is soldered directly to the circuit board. I just don't want to have to send it back to Lowrance for something so simple. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your best bet is send it in for repair. I had the same problem on my Raymarine. I paid three electronics shops to repair it and it failed over and over.send it in. The entire board will be replaced

There is an electronics repair guy in spring lake you could try... The best answer is back to the man..
