USCG to Rescue-Buoys 44017 & 44025 Scheduled
 

#NDBC and #USCG are coordinating repair/replace of buoys 44017, 44025, & 44065
Right around the corner and in time for fall fishing!

According to NDBC here is schedule:
44065 ( 15 nm off NY Harbor) 44025 ( 23 nm off LI) on or about 9/17/14
44017 ( Off Montauk) on or about 10/2/14

**AndreasToy reported that one of the windspeed sensors was broken. Reported to NDBC. They will monitor.

Been waiting since around 5-18 of this year to hear a schedule for repair of 44065 it's been my goto for real conditions for years, had to go to beach cams after it went down... And that didn't tell me what I really wanted to know... Thank you thank you thank you!!!
