YEEAA BUDDY!! Speakin of Passaic R reports, hit it hard this weekend startin in Clifton, then the Great Swamp, n to the hood on Sun. Water's been calm n runnin clean, lotta mosquitos r comin out tho so grab ur spray. Landed these guys n a few smaller 1's on diff raps n spinners. Went out 2day n landed a nice 1 but no pic, fiesty as hell!!! But it felt great cuz I caught her on a homemade pike lure I rigged up the other day! YEEAAAHH BOOYYY!!! It felt epic, great fight, n DEFINITLY more 2 come on it!.:D

That's awesome. How was the Great Swamp? (You can message me if you don't want to disclose too much online.)

The reason I ask is that stretch of river is right behind my house, but I've been avoiding that area because the water is so low. I paddled it a few weeks ago but only caught small panfish. I didn't mind portaging over a tree or two, but then I ran into beaver dam and decided to turn back. (What if the beaver got mad at me for climbing over his dam and wanted to fight?!?!)
