Spruce Run Hybrids?

I was thinking of hitting SR for hybrids tonight but haven't seen many posts lately
Anyone know how they are hitting?

Second choice would be RV rainbows. THANKS......

Water level is very low now. It's been kinda slow lately. Did have some decent surface action Friday morning. But it was only for a short time. Seems like there is so much bait around that you just have to be there at the right time and place. I don't bait fish so maybe that method would be more productive.

Was at spruce run this morning, LOW water and no hybrids that I saw anywhere. Was at the valley yesterday and had lakers and bows. I'd say RV.

.

This is probably irrelevant, but I was fishing Spruce Run for catfish last night and my kayak was suddenly swarmed by a school of baby hybrid stripers. Within an hour, I must have caught and released twenty tiny fish between seven and ten inches long before the school moved on.

Last night, the water level was about 4 feet below peak. (One of the park employees was complaining he had to rake twenty-five more feet of beach because they lowered the water level. :D )

I'm not really happy about this early fall were having. 63 degrees is cold when you're wet at night in a kayak.
