RR and D & R fishing- first report

1 Attachment(s)
Started out fishing the river side caught a baby striped bass only a little bigger than my crank-bait and a largemouth. Then moved over to the canal side caught 3 more largemouth in the 1 to 1.5 lbs range. Also got 5 pickerel up to 2.35 lbs. I hooked into somthing big that pulled out my drag then bit through my metal leader I think it was probably a big musky.
I have been fishing my entire life and have been reading the reports on this site for a wile now and recently just made an account. Glad to be on the site with you guys.

I was thinking the same thing on the leader???If it was a decent leader , the only thing i can think of , was maybe it was a snapper....once caught a big one burnin a spinnerbait in da shallows....
