Catchin everything!!
 

Started the day off getting at root canal at R.W.J in New Brunswick for 4 1/2 hrs.. Went to Dicks to stock up for the fluke trip. By the time I got home I was hurting pretty bad!! w/ notta for pain I had to do something to stay busy so0 fishin I went.. Got to Red Mill in Clinton round dark.. Got a 18 in eye to start things off w/ a new lure.. Few cast later BANG!!! Couldn't see but I knew it felt good.. After sweating loosein em' I landed a healthy eye round 27"!!! Felt super good and I was pumped the bite was on..pain gone.. Few mo cast WHAP.. I got a baby striper!! Held em' up for a pic and then it happened!! FISH GONE WILD.. Hook went in my finger deep while still attached to fish who had no compassion to cooperate.. So now on top of falls w/ 1 hand im trying to hold the fish still and unhook em', hold my pole, n use pliars..SUXD.. Finally managed to unhook em' by that time it was buried deep as hell.. Back to the hospital feeling like a IDIOT!! Bummed I couldn't keep fishing.. DOC had to use the scalpel to get it out so I got 2 stiches.. And id doo it all over again 4 that EYE!!! LUV IT BABY!!

YEEAAAHH BUDDY!!! Those pics r already classic man, haaha! I throw sum crazy glue on deep cuts, real e-z n keeps anything from gettin in. Nice sacrifice, even nicer fish. Sweet @$$ walleye dude!!

That sucks about getting the hooks embedded in your hand, but at least you had a great evening fishing.

I wish I could make the fluke trip, but I get seriously sea sick. If I went, all anybody would see of me is my ass as I spend the entire trip bent over the railing heaving my guts out.

Yeah, I can still get sick using Dramamine.
I should try prescription Scopolamine (the patch), but I want to try it out first before I go off to sea with something new.

The last time I went out on a party boat and hit 6-8 foot swells, I was ready to throw myself overboard. (I think my enormous head floats)

It's amazing the fish you pull out of that river. I fished that location a thousand time growing up and I never saw either of those fish there.

Great catch and awesome injury buddy boy! Did they cut the hooks on that nice new lure? Thats one hell of a walleye dude! Congrats on a fine catch. You da man!!!

I do what Esox does, crazy glue and I add a lil irish whiskey to numb the pain, LOL!!!! TIGHT LINEZ BROTHER!!!!:D

Nice walleye! Next time, you gotta take that hook out yourself. push thru and clip barb. Save 3-4 hr hospital trip & bill.
