Union County Bass

It seems every puddle of a pond holds bass in the county. First time at a pond near my new apartment and I broke my bass cherry. Caught 3 all around 12 inches(size 10.5 shoe). All caught on a black zoom finesse worm. 5 minutes from home:D

Looks like a Lenape bass. They stare at me and mock me sometimes.

That's not a bad idea. I haven't fished over there in awhile. There are 3 spots I like to fish there and the last few times I went someone had beat me to them.

If I ever finally decide to give carp a try that's where I'd go. They're some monsters lurking around there. Also a great place to drop a Yak. I'm sure there are pigs in those backwaters.

Yea, last summer I saw a dude pull a decent carp outta there. When the water is clear you can see little herds of suckers.
