Bass report April 21st and 22nd ( 30 lber )- Johnny Bucktails

I am currently on spring break so the bass better watch out. Sorry for the lack of reports. Yes i have been fishing. :)

21st: Fished yesterday with the lip in the afternoon and did awesome. Some bigger fish moved in for sure. We had our limit in no time and played a little c and r. A lot of small fish in the mix but things have really heated up. One of the keepers pulled the scale to 31 pounds !!! Now thats the way to start the season. Had so much fun on light tackle.

22nd: Headed out with the lip again this morning and had the same red hot fishing and yesterday. Limited out in a very short period of time and headed back to the barn. Asked the lip if he wanted to go back out but he declined my offer. Get out there fellas, the bite is on.

Tight lines- Johnny Bucktails :)

Slobs are around

Nice report. Should really practice cath and release on those bigger fish this time of year. They taste like shit and are the future of the bass population.

Nice fish jbt. Deep fried is my favorite for striper. Any left overs can be poached and frozen for future crab cakes.;)
