according to the article and the few calls and e-mails I have made , it sounds as if the spill will hopefully be non lethel to the trout but they are unaware of how it will affect the food source....ie , the insect population....

Boy, it seems like the poor trout just can't get a break lately..

4,500 Gallons is a hell of a malfunction...

That why i didn't link his writings from another site....Him in a newspaper article is as inocent as it can get...if Andy had a problem with it , he would P.M.me..

Update: NJ DEP concluded their investigation whatever that means. The county remains on site. Broken valve on the storage unit led to the leakage. It may/may not have reached the river, but was in a drainage ditch within feet of the river.
