Seared Tuna Steak
 

Heres an easy one, and by far my favorite!!!

Season a tuna steak 1.5-2" thick with sea salt, cracked pepper, and a little garlic powder. I've also used toasted sesame seeds which was a nice addition.

Heat a small amount of butter in a sauce pan just enough to prevent the fish from sticking over medium heat (6/10). I like to cook mine 1 minute per side VERY RARE.
