Who has em and where can I pick em up?
I'm in north NJ and fishing point on Fri.

Hey Dave, Keep it simple...go to Shop-Rite and get the silverbrite salmon fresh from alaska. Buy a nice shoulder cut and cut off the belly..enjoy the shoulder on your barbie, ans pre cut the belly into 3/4 in strips. Hook up through the meat and then through the skin. I only use salmon belly early in the season, but this is your party. Sometimes I also buy the smelts w/head on at S-R also., and they have boxed up squid if yoour tastes run that way. Been getting mine at Woolly's seafood market on Rt. 9 N on the Freehold/Howell border.
