Monmouth county lake

Hit a lake up by my house 3 fish. 2 small guys and this one all on wacky rigged senko. http://i1270.photobucket.com/albums/...0234-1-1-1.jpg
Thought it was going to be a bust because 2 dogs playing in the water right by me. Do you think bass are attracted to the splashing of the dog?
