Took Mike Fleyzor fishin' on Earle Pier...not great but not bad for a couple of hours at mud low! Three nice fluke...one was a monster...and a very large croaker. Didn't bring much bait...ran out and left! Been watchin' a bunch of Cow Nosed Rays, from my balcony, overlookin' where Shrewsbury/Navesink rivers meet. Guess all the clams will get eaten! How do you post pics here??? Thanks for pic posting help...hope it worked! |

First join the service or get drafted...then get your a$$ half shot off or blown off or any other way to be considered 70% or more disabled veteran...then wait about 10 years on a waiting list like I did....they only have so many....gotta wait for an opening!

Wish we had a like button sometimes! First off thanks for your service. I used to fish on the pier many years ago, with my B-I-L, He is a disabled Vietnam Vet, I am a vet but not disabled, so it was on his sacrifice. We actually had a livewell rigged up in the back of his pickup. Caught many nice stripers in the spring and fluke in the summer. Nice catch! You might want to bring a few green crabs with you next time. |

Will be in touch soon. Worn out from fishing today and doing it again tomorrow. 2 days in a row is tuff on this old fart anymore. |
