Need a used 200 Evenrude/Johnson Trim/Tilt Assembly

I've got a 97 200 Evenrude and the trim/tilt assembly is on its way out. Anyone know where I may be able to find a good working used one? Or maybe even a good deal on a new one? Already have an eye on Craigslist and ebay, any other suggestions?
