Fluke/seabass cocktail
 

Cut fish into bite size pieces and layer in container. Combine FRESH lemon juice with TABASCO sauce to taste and cover fish with mixture. Cure for a day or so like ceviche. Drain most of the liquid and cover with cocktail sauce.
