Pre and Post front Walleye
Have been lucky enough to spend a few nights on the water lately with some friends. Fished the big lake twice before the heavy storms, then again on Sunday night after the storms. Big difference in conditions and baitfish activity, but decent results before and after. Lots of herring popping last week before the rain. Water was 66 and the topwater bite was on. Big fish was my buddy's 26" on topwater.

Nothing on topwater, big Rapalas were the key. Put 4 fish in the boat, all 20"-24" fish. Hot temps coming end of this week and hopefully some good topwater fishing. http://i66.photobucket.com/albums/h2...ps71f9b8c9.jpg http://i66.photobucket.com/albums/h2...psba0ced82.jpg http://i66.photobucket.com/albums/h2...ps4e090693.jpg http://i66.photobucket.com/albums/h2...psf8b73743.jpg |
