Far East Philly style striper

so i have eaten bass for dinner, lunch, dinner, lunch, dinner since sunday night. wanted to try something different tonight for dinner so i got the olive oil in the pan nice and hot threw the chunk of bass in let it cook a few minutes skin side up then flipped it. i then put my secret ingredients on, 2 packs of soy sauce & duck sauce on the top of the filet it got nice & crispy put it over frozen bag of rice i cooked in the nuker & bam asian bass in 6 minutes! nice finding a use for those countless packets of duck n soy sauce left from the chinese takeout!
