Musky - Lots of Brook Trout

Fished around the Bloomsbury area and it was on fire. One fish after the other on large butterworms shipped to me by Elliotsbutterworms.com. I caught fourteen brookies in a row at one point. Mention this web-site and he will throw some free ones in. He moniters this web-site regularly. He hand picks the bigger butterworms for NJFishing.com members. My picture is being used as fishing bait advertisement. I store them in wheat germ in my refrigerators butter holder section which is on the door. They last for months. Don't dry up or harden like mealworms. Trout, panfish, crappies, and perch love them. Elliot just got 20,000 in today directly from Chile.
Be back on the Musky all day Wednesday.

Good deal Cuz, look forward to joining you today! Managed a nice brookie yesterday PM . The way he hit thought was 20" instead of 15" he actually was!!
Beautiful colored fish !!

How did you guys make out today? I took the ride out to the musky today - Penwell area. Water was gin clear and low. Caught 7 fish including a few big ones (brook and bows) on silver/black rapalas. All fish released. I couldn't buy a hit on trout magnets or phoebes today.

Slow with only five fish caught in two hours. They're there but the recent rains dropped the water temperature and tinted the clarity of the water. it's only going to get better. We did witness one of the biggest March brown hatches we ever seen. That might have been some of the problem too. Thanks for asking.
