Building engineer......Flood damage Sandy.

Hi,

I'm going to need a building engineer to check my house before my flood insurace fianally releases a check for my damage. Does anyone know someone who may not charge what I pay for boat dockage for the year? Not looking for a freebee just a reasonable deal, I have a few calls in to some other friends so I appreciate any help. I'm in Union Beach.
