well after waiting in suspense for long enough finally made it up to the river. fished sat. me my brother and a couple rookies that been up there before but never landed them. Fished the dsr figured be our best bet in search of the chrome steelies, well we struckout nada, well fith cast i was in to my first king of the 2012 season :D . Me and my brother beat on em evrey other couple cast fish on! Decided hit black hole dsr side deep stretch fast movin water for steelies again nada! was going to stay wknd but with the ridiculous action all day sat we left, to make it home in the deer stand for sun mrng,all were kings except for two coho's fish were constantly running upstream alday pods of about fifteen at a time. congrats to joey on landing his first salmon wtg buddy! be back sept 28 thru to oct 7 thats when the real search of CHROME STEELIES will continue:D :D :D
