Philly Salmon that is ahahahah went up tp bucks county to hopefully find some golden boys. Got to my spot around 1:30 got a slick started and sent out my first baited rod. before i could get my other rod rigged my st.croix is being pulled in the water! I grab it and start battling with a nice fish see him and he is all of 15lbs sucka takes off and gets me in some grass somehow i get him out but the hook pulls. Oh well i think its gonna be EPIC! well my next bite came at 4:50pm boy was i wrong! i landed the first of the year about 4lb fish at about 5:20 i got another fish about the same size. Water was still cold but this is a deep quarry lake so it may tak a lil while longer to warm up. Water was also very low and I saw little life no bass, 1 panfish,tons of baitfish and a few big turtles and 2 cormorants :mad:

On a side note I did see 2 funny looking creatures in the water and immediately notified Mr.Catfishonthelake that MUSKY are chasing my carp! First 1 was small maybe 15 inches but came right along the shore and i could very easily see it was a musky the 2nd one came when i was releasing my 2nd carp i released the carp and he was chilling in the weeds when this Esox bully came out of nowhere and chased him! This musky was much bigger I'd say had to be close to 30 inches as it looked as big, if not bigger then a keepah striper! I had heard there were musky in here and this proves it now i need to catch them and explain to them the carp are off limits also need to birdshot those cormorants!
