KDC trout stocking April 1st:
 

The Knee Deep Club's preseason trout stocking will be conducted out of Dow's Boat Rental, 145 Nolans Point Rd. @ 10 AM on April 1st (no foolin'). 1,500 fish all over 13" plus an additional 100 trophies between 2-5 lbs. will be float stocked and KDC members and the public are invited to come lend a hand. Anybody who has their patio boat in can email Tim Clancy directly at tim.clancy@verizon.net to see if the club will need any additional boats that day. Opening day trout season is the following Sat. & begins at 8 AM. Lake Hopatcong remains open to fishing but any trout caught prior to the opener must be returned to the water immediately.
