Fluke ala Italiano!

Marinate Fluke in Italian salad dressing soaking thoroughly. Lightly bread crumb and fry in pan with butter, Onions, minced garlic and peppers (both red and green). Serve over rice Pilaf.

i have done this with fluke and sea bass in the past tastes great
