just saw this last night on a fishing show. guide on the show says if you boil pike in sprite it comes out lasting like lobster. has anyone done this before? i can't remember if it was posted here a while ago or not.

Never had it like that, but had it fried at a shore lunch in Canada a dozen times or so and its better than bass.

try it - if you boil a delicate fish like pike, you will have no taste left, let alone lobster.

Pike is very close to Walleye, so fry or bake is the way to go.

If I had kids that's what I would tell them as I was eating the lobster.
