Tried Wild Tree products with fish yet?
 

Made Scallops wrapped in Prosciutto and Yellowfin tuna steaks on the grill tonight. Made up up some wasabi but we also had a cranberry jalepeno jelly made by Wild Tree that we used as part of a cream cheese dip on XMAS. Decided to try the jelly alone with the scallops and some of the tuna....decadent! A nice sweet sauce finished off with just the right bight from the jalepenos. This company also made a mango salsa we had used on Mahi Mahi this summer which was awesome. Company also makes some great mix/seasonings for pasta dishes.
