Have some elk and venison and an electric smoker

Does anybody of an easy 1,2,3 set of directions they can share on how to make jerky

Garden master makes pre maid packets that include the flavoring and the nitrate packets. each packet makes 1 lb. Other recipies use morton tender quick curing salt, if you can find it there are recipies right on the packet. The garden master is absolutely goof proof. I some times substitute bourbon for the 1/4 cup of water and it adds a great flavor. Do NOT by the cabelas high mountain mix it tastes like salty meat. Good luck and have fun
