Posted 10/9- Hopefully we get that 5 inches of rain from the Nor'easter on 10/12-13/25: From the State website- Due to continued low-flow river and stream conditions, fall stocking has been modified to avoid several locations with poor flow conditions. Any significant deviation from stocking will be noted below. Any changes or updates to the schedule will be posted here as well. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Black River – CANCELED DUE TO LOW FLOW.

They are just going to leave them along the waterways in buckets .
That way the bucket brigade can just grab a bucket and go
