Do You Bottom Fish Inshore?

If you do here's some great stuff...

The NJ Multi Species Podcast with guest Peter Clark who heads up the NJ Artificial Reef Program. Pretty interesting to learn about the program, how it's funded and how lucky we are to have Peter and all these inshore reefs to fish on.

If you are not familiar with the NJ Artificial Reef Program check this guide out. Coordinates, maps, what the reefs are made up of and more

If you'd like to support the reef program you can do it here though this non profit NJ focused organization.

And here's some pics of the Swedish Bikini team bottom fishing here in NJ.. Don't you wish there was a link here :)

All kidding aside and as Peter mentions on the podcast, we are so fortunate to have all these these inshore reefs here in NJ creating fishing opportunities for us and they and Peter deserve our ongoing attention and support! Just think for a minute how different fishing would be without them... If not for them, brother Joe would not have spot 1 or 2...

Re: Do You Bottom Fish Inshore?

Was another good podcast .
Would have been nice to hear Pete’s opinion on whether a salt water license would get us more funds towards the program through other Federal resources , as I believe he crunched the real numbers on that .

IMO it would be better if their guest of the week was more of the focus .
Seems every podcast the guest speaker is rushed off while they each still have more to offer .
