Customer Service
 
I must share an event I just had. I recently purchased a new to me boat.
G3 185 F. While doing the work to get it rigged up with my equipment, I came across an issue with the Power Pole Shallow water anchor that came with the boat. It had a broken spike and a couple of other issues. I called Power Pole yesterday. They were very helpful with the issues. Keep in mind that this unit was purchased 10 years ago by someone else. I gave the serial number to the agent I spoke with. He then told me that they have a lifetime warranty on their product and would take care of everything. They have sent me out all the parts I require to repair the unit at no cost to me. Very Rare service in this day and age. Thank You Power Pole for our wonderful service and commitment to the customer. They have earned my loyalty for life.

That is great to hear. Usually companies want to pro rate at best.
Glad some companies still back their product.

I am still amazed at their customer service personnel. just outstanding. Now I wish Suzuki had that kind of service. I have been trying to buy parts for my Suzukis for a week. Distributors do not answer their phones, and Suzuki's End User Support Group said they are not allowed to talk to customer to help them out. Amazing customer service on a different level.

They are known to be the very best in customer service across all fishing companies. When I look to buy shallow water anchors, they will be power poles, no question.

Suzuki is by far the worst customer service in the industry .
