FISHERMEN/Saturdays Fishing Report

FISHERMEN/Saturdays Fishing Report

Went right to where we started yesterday first thing in the AM.....Didn't read a fish or bait as I wasn't surprised with 48 degree water temp.

Went into search mode and looked further to the west. Finally found a small reading and gave it a shot, first fish was about 15 inches!! Second fish maybe 20 inches and that was it for that drop.

Ran even further to the West & found 51 degree water and some decent readings, got the bait in the water and started picking away. Nice action while it lasted on the short Bass.

Had a handful of fish that made 27 inches and had to go back, bonus tags would have made the day today!!

All fish caught have been the healthiest looking bass I have seen in years.....just hope I live long enough to see them become keepers!!!

Tomorrow (Sunday) is going to be a wash out, will see about Monday as they are also calling for 25 knots NW. Heads up report tomorrow for Monday if it changes I'll post it. Like I have said in the past "Patience".
