Donating boat
 

Hi

I would appreciate anyone can share your experience about donating your boat for getting maximum tax deduction.

I bought a 27 foot Rinker 20 years ago brand new ,replaced engine once seven years ago and motor died two weeks ago. Besides engine everything else is in great condition. I am the only one uses this boat, microwave shower and stove have never been used.

I don’t plan to fix it I’m thinking to donate to get tax relief. Just mailed out a fat check to Uncle Sam yesterday �� there’s a few organization out there. any recommendation?
