Canal Togging

If the wind and waves have you wondering what to do, consider dunking crabs in the canal.

Testing some gear today, one of the guys got a solid tog. The fish was released. The K-series rods very popular for tog jigging are also great for fishing with a smaller-sized sinker and hook.

Plan on using 2-ounce sinkers, but make sure your gear can handle a good sized blackfish in case you find the one you're looking for!
