Sandy hook
 

Hit sandy Hook @6am today and caught outgoing tide 'till there was no more water to fish @1pm...NO fish of any type..water was warm but new sandbar 150' off beach is screwing it up...it runs all the way up-down the fishing beach to nude beach...will try again next week.no bait fish in water either..see ya all later, Rammie

That's my usual experience at Sandy Hook. You gave it your best shot, I bet it was nice being out there though.
