Some nice fish from the last few weeks... late sept to-date

Been out quite a bit both sweet and salt the last few weeks. The catching has been consistent.

Whacked a 29.25" eye a few weeks ago. I think she was fatter than the 30" I had a a short time ago. Very healthy specimen. She was one of 3 that night but the other two were no where near as robust.

About a week later on the river I had a nice surprise--36-38" tiger muskie paid my stick bait a visit. I was fortunate enough to land it as my line popped right at the bank. I jumped in up to my knees (again) filling my Mucks (again). Managed to get a death grip on its tail and not let it slip away with a 6" plug in its maw.

Last night in the wind and rain I played run and gun. Hooked and landed my river PB pure strain striper @27". Was touch and go with my light set up and 3/4 of my spool getting dumped. Managed to land it after several minutes. Quick pic and released strong. Those hooks will now be swapped out bc they're mangled.

Had a few other trips scattered in with the occasional eye up to 24"/25", schoolie stripers in the salt and some thick bluefish more recently from the surf. All fish fat and healthy--and more importantly, released to fight another day!

#VampireFishing #NoGarlic Catchem' up guys.
