Hit the river again last night. Wanted to hit a spot I been keeping my eye on. This spot was on the pa side so got to the river around 5:30 while there was still some light to explore. Fishy looking spot but not much action for me. Caught 2 rock bass and a dink smallie. Not being satisfied and still having the itch. Tried old faithful and after about 5 carts was rewarded with my biggest walleye to date. Stuck around for another 15 min or so with no other takers. Lost my lure and decided to call it a night around 9:30. Harvested the walleye as my son wants to try a new recipe. Water was high but clean. Weeds and leaves were not to bad.
