Launched the yak in clearer waters...yes, caught fluke to 22", no surprise. Few minutes later, a tog came up on the easy shiner (???) followed by winter flounder?! Oddest multispecies day of fishing for me ever lol

VEry enjoyable video Roger, thanks for that. Those Keitechs may not out-Fluke the Gulps, but attracting Tog and Winter Flounder :eek: :confused: :D

Nice fluke netting techniques explained. I know several NJF'ers who really need to watch that tutorial this season :p

Haha I've been on both ends of net violations...thankfully no real heartbreakers (yet). I wouldn't want to be the mate that "dehooked" a doormat by knocking it right on the jighead!

Definitely not outfishing Gulp, in clear water maybe close to even...maybe. I'm just a bit tired of using gulp after a decade of gulping. Thanks for watching Larry, hope you have a great 2018 fluke season!

What are you rigging the Keitech on, can you post a picture.

Do they come with the squid scent or is that something you add ?

All the keitech baits comes with "strong squid scent," except the White Flash color. Supposedly it's baked into the plastic.

The jig head I'm using is the Aerojig Twitchin' Jig. It does not have barbed keepers...so I use the Bait Hitch wire keeper. You can ofc just use any plain jig head or bucktail.
