Can the Lomis rod be used for fluke sea bass and or blackfish

10-17lb test line, 1/4-3/4oz lure rating

It can def handle fluke and bluefish but I never fished for sea bass or blackfish, maybe someone here can chime in.

If your sinker or jig don't go past 1oz, I would say yes.
