Does anyone know if the public pier at the south end of the canal was repaired. Last time I was down that way it was cordoned off. Thanks

Signs were still up as of Tuesday, didn't go to the end though.

Guys its still not completed, with the weather they are running 2 to 3 weeks behind, the one next to the State Police is open

I was there over the weekend and took some pics of new ramp. I hove no idea what the heck they are thinking! i was all excited about the new ramp. why the hell are they making a new island in the turnaround! its so dam tight as it is. The ramp has a curb, so if you have to make a wide turn your front passenger side tires may not clear the curb, It doesn't look like a new dock will be built parallel to ramp?
NJ has no clue on how to build a boater friendly Ramp

anyway the answer to your question is yes. you can walk around the fence or park in that lot on the other end of condos and walk around.

Was there today. Pier isn't open yet.
