I was waiting for this!
Do you think they'd make a good cerviche? I use fluke for it. Judging by your input that it's better than flounder I can only assume it'd make for a decent fluke substitute. |

We get them out east during early fluke season. We've always tossed them back or stripped them out for bait. Looks like a few might come home next season! Oh, I also did your tog marsala. It was killer. See below... my sauce broke a bit unfortunately but it was still stellar. Keep em' coming! |
