TOOTHY weekend!
 

Hit the water lookin for teeth or bass Sunday and threw the bag at em' nothing! Skunked out.
Saturday was lookin for some Lm lunkers and wound up hooking the most pickerel in open water for me yet. All slime till about 6pm then the bass came out to play. Got about a dozen with the biggest at 21".
Friday & Thursday went out for the night bite and bagged a few teeth as well. More action and movement on Friday with the biggest taped at 34" and a surprise from a small striper. Thursday not much action but some small cats and one pike. Worth the whole damn fight he gave me too, this beast had me SWEATIN! Lil finess and after several minutes had the fish in hand! Quick pic and back for a dip. Taped out at 43 1/2" and made me work for every inch of em'! Night pics aren't the best but not too easy rollin solo at night.

I was thinkin the same thing when I read this report.....nice fish and all but your past world record might of been pushing 43" but I'm not seeing anything close to that in these pics.

Still nice solid teeth though!!

I know dude, not too much I can do about it at night with cell phone though. Because of angling alone, I only have time to step back and smile before the pics taken. All the pics on this page now were taken by myself, except the bass. Cell looks great during the day!
Tape measure...always works the same. Numbers visible without glasses on & not a cheesy fabric measuring tape. Same tape to all fish. 21"bass, 34"pike, 43.5"pike. Like I said, cell looks great during the day. But by chance, while losing a pb striper today, landed another pike...34". Same tape, same phone. Not as plump as the other 34"er featured but nice patterns on her. Here's a pic of her plus 1 other shitty night pic of the 43"er.

Oh please I've seen plenty of over estimates on weight and no one says a word! He actually measured the fish. The tail is curled back plus it's all shadow and he's leaning back. Nice monster!

I've seen a lot of bs on this site when it comes to posting pike sizes but usually I don't say anything unless I have a few beers in me. You guys can tell as many fish stories as you want but if you post pics the people who are in the know can tell the difference between a true monster and just another story.

Here's a pic of a pike that I never posted because I was holding it vertical and now I know that's bad for the fish. Luckily she survived and one of my buddies caught her after that. She was 44" and 23.5 pounds at the time. Look at the size of my hand compared to her mouth and look at the size of your hands compared to the fish you've posted. Pics don't lie, you catch some great fish...no need to exaggerate.

I know I'm funny! I also catch some big fish and know what they look like. I'm also friends with other guys on the site who catch big fish and from what I've been hearing they don't believe you either. Nothing against you, we just know you're cooking the books. A lot of people have done that. Just quit telling stories and catch some more big fish. We're more than welcome to share the bank with you, just quit the BS.
