Bought a new ride
 
Been shopping around for a few years and was looking to upgrade from the center console. Pulled the plug last night on a 29' blackfin combi with twin cummins diesels with all the options. we will now be able to fish where ever we want and hope the canyon is good this year. Now i have to get foul hook to read all the manuals for electronics etc.. so i can just sit back and fish.

PS: the megans ring will be for sale in the spring if anybody is looking for a 21' center console with raymarine c-80, trailer, etc.

Congrats on the new ride Rob. I sure hope there are lots of tuna out there this year to pull on my line too!

Awesome boat !!! I was first mate on my buddy's 29 fin for years til he sold it and bought a horse! What a bummer!!

It is a pretty big jump but my wife was my fishing partner until we had kids before we had kids. The kids are will be 1 and almost 3 this year so she wants back on the boat. she had 2 requests an enclosed head, and a cabin for the kids to play, the bucket wasn't cutting it anymore.and on my end i have a few buddies with larger boats that we would take offshore but would suck when fish were biting and they go so now we can go on our own schedule.
