Eyes on First Ave is owned and operated by Jamie, who is a Licensed Optician in the State of New Jersey. Jamie has been in the optical industry for over 20 years. She started her career working in an optical laboratory and was responsible for the production and quality of all types of eyewear. Jamie was soon promoted to the position of store manager for a leading national optical retailer. For the past twelve years, Jamie has been responsible for the management and overall successful operation of 25 Optical Stores in New York City and New Jersey. Jamie resigned her corporate position to purse her dream of opening Eyes on First Ave in Atlantic Highlands, NJ.

Eyes on First Ave is an Authorized Dealer for all of the top eyeglass brands. Costa Del Mar, Kaenon, Oakley, Maui Jim, Ray Ban and Tom Ford are just a few. All of them are available in prescription and non prescription, including progressives.

Congrats Jamie, & i'm sure you'll find alot of great people on this site looking for the proper eyewear.

I've known & worked with Jamie both in & out of the "national optical retailer" for 15 years. She is hands down the most knowledgeable, outgoing & educated optician in her field.

Her selection of Costa Del Mar is ridiculous. If she doesn't have it, she'll get it! & if Costa's don't "tickle you're fancy" i'm sure she can fit you into something that fits you're needs.

Stop by & see Jamie on the way home from the boat & find yourself a pair of shades (prescription or non prescrip) that fits you're needs.

She's a fisherman's best optician!!!

Saw the Costa Add the other day and I was like wow !! Smart person.. Putting eye glass store that sells costas on this site .. I saved the link to the store..

I will be buying a pair of Black framed Corbina 580 Plastic lenses soon...

I have to thank Chris GJertsen for the heads up on the site, it is a great site and it made complete sense for me to advertise here since I am one of a few Authorized Prescription and Non Prescription Costa Del Mar Dealers in the Monmouth and Ocean County. What frame and lens color do you want in the Corbina frame? Mirror or Non Mirrored? I will make sure I have it for you and if I do not I will order it. I will just keep it to the side for you, no rush to come in and pick it up.

Stopped in to see Jamie yesterday for my new pair of Costas. She was very helpful in answering all my questions and her selection was great, although I was picky and had to order mine. I can not wait to get them next week. If you need a pair of sunglasses make sure you stop in and see her.

Your new Costa Corbina's with the Grey 580G lens and going to be great on you and you are going to love the 580 lens. I have the Isabella 580P and do not want to take them off. Hi everyone! I just wanted to thank everyone once again for the warm responses and welcome to NJFishing.com. I have also had an opportunity to meet so many great people since I became a sponsor and help them find the perfect pair of Costa's, both prescription and non prescription. As a result, I recently added many Costa Styles to my inventory. I have just about every style available for you to try on in the store. I stopped in to see Jamie today @ EOF & she showed me a bunch of new glasses she got in for the 2012 season. Jamie's not too proficient @ uploading pics yet so I said i'd take a few shots to show you guys.

I really dig these. Both are rimless frames.

I walked into the EOF shop yesterday for the first time bummed out with my smashed Maui Jim's. 15 minutes later with help from an outstanding staff I walked out with a brand new pair of Costa Fisch's.

Great shop with a huge selection of eyewear and incredible staff. Good luck ladies!

I have nothing but praise for these fine ladies :cool: and the professionalism(sp) of their store. I ordered a pair of Costas on Saturday last week needing them for this weekends excursions. So Jamie decides to get them sent via 2nd day mail so that there is no question about me getting them in time. I got the call I was hoping for on Friday morning, and headed down after the work day! What a first class operation!! Not to mention the 20% discount, case,cleaner,cloth, and other things she threw in! One very happy fisherman! Thanks again, and I am sure to see you again!! :D

My Wife just bought her first pair of Costa's from Jamie last week. She is thrilled with them. Jamie was very helpful. I highly recommend buying from Eyes On First Ave. Even my 7 yr old son came out with a cool pair of Julbo sunglasses.:eek:

Thank you! So happy to hear your wife loves her new Costa's and your son likes his Julbo's. Both looked great on them. FYI - Your sons Julbo's are polarized as well. Julbo makes high quality polarized and non polarized sunglasses for children and infants. I have a large selection for the children at the store (Until Costa makes children's glasses) Happy fishing!
