Hook snelling
 

I'm looking for ideas on how to hold hook's when tying rig's. Maybe fly tying vise ? But they are expensive. Any help will be appreciated.

I just use my fingers to hold them. With practice, it gets a lot easier. If they keep slipping for some reason, you could try needlenose pliers.

Yeah..there is a guy who does it with a heavy string that makes it easy to see. Actually I just adjusted my snelling technique after watching one of his vids.

Good luck and once you get it, tie a few dozen. Repetition burns it into the brain! :D

easily the best sneling video i have ever seen. i rarley snell my hooks usually tie em w/ a uni knot or fishing fool not been broken off with either

She's actually not that good at tying the hooks. She's just a hot chick they must have showed how to do it a bunch of times. I watched her trying to do a uni snell over a hook and it took her FOREVER to bunch the wraps. But I'm not complaining.
