HMMMMMMMMM?
I got more pics of a CERTAIN person EATING than I do catching/holding fish?? 280? 300? 320? All I can say is (well, not ALL I can say lol) I coulda led the NFL in rushing if I had Baccala, Smokey Joe, Tiny Tim, Softbait and Stellios paving the road! Add Chris the mate and I've got TE, LT, LG, C, RG, RT for my 3,000 yard season! My choice for FB would be Tautog1; ATTITUDE! PS Tats...........here's the answer to your last question |
Re: Puosu 5
Lab you go where no man should ever go, do if you say dogs are off limits they must really mean a lot to you so we have to respect that

Tons of food on the boat - if you want to eat beforehand - I understand that keeping that "trainer-like" Arnold physique takes planning LOL Clickers? Fish counters?? Whaddayamean??? JMurr trash fish bag - funny :) Is he going to great us upon our return? Ah, sun action question! One for me. Here's my math : if there is sun (weatherman said there will - I don't trust the weatherman) and if u want sun - stick to the stern. North wind shifting east will keep the port side mostly shaded and probably the bow early |
Re: Puosu 5
thanks Scotty. I'll bring the Coppertone 45 so we don't get a sunburn.

Re: Puosu 5
I have a question. Will there be hot trays to keep the food warm? Or bring your own? I will have little time between snags on the bottom and ties 😜

Hot Trays lmfao Gerry Z is in charge of the sterno and his YOUNGER/BETTER LOOKING brother is in charge of making sure these knuckleheads keep the food covered; don't want flies getting on our food. Dah Fish - the boat has this State Of Art machine in the cabin. It's like a mini oven that heats/re-heats food in seconds. I've been jonesin' to get one for the house. I think Captain Bob called it a "microwave oven". Welcome to the 21st Century. |
Re: Puosu 5
Are you bringing what I think you are bringing??? If so, you buoys are in for a treat

1. Someone asked about hooks. I'll be bringing a box (100) Gami Octo 4/0 and a box Mustad 3/0 or 4/0; you're welcome to use what you need.
2. As per a previous request, I've been outfitted for the trip tomorrow; see attached pic |
Re: Puosu 5
I just thought the guys would want to warm their diapers before they put them on 😜 as for 280 steve I guess I will have to bring a beach towel and a hefty leaf size contractor bag 😃

PRAYERS NEEDED!!
Just got this on inside intel: A long time njfishing.com member, member of BBS's and an intergral cog in UB3 got injured in an OBVIOUS domestic incident. It seems during the altercation that he lost his..........hmmmmmmmmmm how can I say this.........hmmmmmm eggs I've learned thru a confidential informant that Booby (also know as Juice Box Bob, The Polish Puller et al) was FORCED to trade in his beloved Honda Pick Up Truck for ........... Say it aint so Joe a MINI VAN The proof is in the putting (the correct term, not pudding; but I digress) and we shall see at the dock tomorrow morning if this is actually true. Remember.........you heard it here first at WLAB NEWS |

Jigsmith is IN at the last post position and comes in with 50 to 1 odds. He'll bring his GORGEOUS hand crafted, spiral wrapped rods and will blush at all the OHH AHHs concerning his handiwork. Better enjoy it cause they ain't gonna say shyte about your fishing abilities. You ain't got Chuckie hooking a fish then handing the rod off to you LMAO!
4 bushels for tomorrow. Boat leaves @ 7am and returns @ 3pm PS was UNABLE to procure the Belly Buster Egg/Ham/Sausage/Cheese platter so plan your breakfast/lunch accordingly. See other thread for who's bringing what. Scooter..............compare pics below. Twins separated at birth? I think FishStory is far better looking. |

Re: Puosu 5
OMFG Lab, are you kidding me? Chuck hook and hand fish? to me? Never happen. By the way all my doormats were caught on my boat with me as captain, but Chuck does know how to find them, I just never got one on his boat...yet. I'm ok with the odds as I don't consider myself a blackfisherman of much talent, sometimes luck can be your friend :)

Left the dock 1 short @ 7am and headed east. We made 4-5 drops from 85' to 45' during the day. We had flurries but no mad-dog bite by any stretch of the imagination. Great bottom all day just shy on bites.
I want to thank everyone for fishing and for all the great food and drinks everyone brought. We all met some new peepz to match faces with usernames. I fished the stern by the Flying Zagorski twins, Lefty Reeler, Scooter, Tats, Dan Faust, Softbait and Larry Hart. Gerry was the big boy in the stern with Lefty right behind him. Softbait TRIED to claim the Dollar Bill honors but The Judge would have none of his bend-and-stretch techniques. He DID redeem himself catching the next fish which passed scrutiny for the $$$. Some had 4-5 keepers, some none. Here's the official list for next Sunday's PUOSU trip on the Mimi: All weights are Pounds/ounces MVP - 7/5 POOL WINNER MRod - 6/6 Stellie - 5/7 Foul Hook - 5/5 Gerry Z - 5/4 Lefty Reeler - 4/8 OUT Black Cloud Bob - 4/5 I Smell Fishy - 4/3 Black Fish Bobby - 4/1 Ironfish - 3/12 OUT Loudsprtfish - 3/10 SaltLife1980 - 3/9 Captain Meat - 3/8 Thing1 - 3/4 Scooter - 2/14 LAB and Shrimpman - 2/13 FinS - 2/11 Dan Faust and HDMark - 2/8 Sea Soda and DRod - 2/5 Dah Fish - 2/4 Lefty Reeler and Ironfish can't make next week so LAB and Softbait make the cut. FinS is out so if anyone else bails, Faust and HDMark would be next in. If ONE person bails...............BOTH get in. If TWO more bail, BOTH get in. LAB'S LOGIC! We will be leaving BY 6:15 next week so be ON the boat by 6:00 AM. MRod please talk to your job/boss and explain the reason you need to get off early next Sunday morning. If they don't understand.......have them call me lmao Stellie won the side-bet pool as the other better fish weren't in it. Larry Hart won the prize for the best hair. Scooter, Dah Fish, Shrimpie and Dan Faust tied for honors for the most "bottom" caught with Shrimpie winning the lost rigs contest. In fairness, Dah Fish re-tied himself on. Lefty won best dressed for his hat. |
